This week's topic is 'border.'
My interpretation reminds me of art I used to do in school, where the teacher would mark it, "Too messy" ! Aah well, I tried - then and now!!
You should really go here, to see some much more creative 'borders'!

Don't be so hard on yourself, Kaybee! This is not messy! It is very jolly and organized, just like a border ahould be!mwell done!
ReplyDeleteI assume you crayoned it? To get that much crayon detail into a square inch is VERY difficult (see my first attempt this week - I know)

ReplyDeleteAJ, I did it with coloured pencils - with VERY sharp points ! The birds I learned from my mom. My dad once bought her a very nice painting for the living room - colors perfectly matched the furniture etc, but my mom thought it was a bit boring, so, with a fine black marker, she bravely sketched in some birds, just like mine -- 2 little strokes for each bird. It made all the difference in the world!
snafu, all of it is done with coloured pencils - but stitching would have been a great idea!
